Refunds
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after the completion of your course (if live) and 30 days after the purchase of an on demand course to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at support@conflictmanagementinstitute.org with the heading "Refund Request Order # XXXXXX".
We will notify you if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@conflictmanagementinstitute.org
Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong course or certification program, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the course or certification program that you want is, to while you wait for your refund to be accepted, make a separate purchase for the new course. You can always contact us for any refund question at support@conflictmanagementinstitute.org
