Refund, Transfer & Substitution Policy

We build in flexibility, because plans change. Here's how it works.

Live certifications and workshops (CWMS, HRCMR, Texas 40-Hour, Foundations, and live workshops)

  • Transfer to a future cohort — free. Move your enrollment to any upcoming cohort at no charge, any time before you complete your course, including after your cohort has started.
  • Send a substitute — free. Can't attend, but a colleague can take your place? Send them instead at no charge. Just let us know before your start date.
  • Full refund before you begin. Cancel up to the day before your cohort's start date and we'll refund you in full.
  • Once your cohort begins, we're no longer able to refund your registration — but your free transfer option stays open.
  • After you complete the course, registrations are non-refundable, as your certification and any SHRM, HRCI, or MCLE credit have already been issued.

On-demand webinars and courses

  • 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If an on-demand course isn't the right fit, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — even if you've already started it. Once a certificate of completion or continuing-education credit has been issued for that course, it's non-refundable.

Group and organizational registrations

  • If you cancel one or more seats from a group registration, the remaining seats may move to a different discount tier and will be re-priced accordingly.

Non-refundable

  • Gift cards.
  • Free or complimentary registrations — nothing was charged.

Enrolled in the wrong program? Tell us right away and we'll make it right.

How to request a refund. Email support@conflictmanagementinstitute.org with the subject line "Refund Request — Order #[your order number]" and include your order number or receipt. We'll let you know whether it's approved and, if so, refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under the consumer law of your country.
