As a Florida Supreme Court and Texas Mediator Credentialing Association certified mediator, I've successfully guided over 1,000 mediations to resolution. My master's degree in HR and Business provides a strong theoretical foundation, while my extensive experience ensures a down-to-earth, results-oriented approach.
