Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Method
All training programs and certifications offered by the Conflict Management Institute (CMI) are delivered virtually. No physical products will be shipped to your mailing address.
2. Access Information
Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Detailed access instructions, including Zoom meeting links and digital course materials, will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery Timeline: Access links and introductory materials are typically dispatched 3–5 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the program.

Last-Minute Registrations: For registrations completed within 48 hours of a session, access details will be sent as soon as the enrollment is processed.
3. Participation Requirements
To ensure the integrity of our professional programs and meet credentialing standards, please note:

Live Attendance: Our programs are conducted live and synchronously.

Camera Policy: To fulfill mandatory seat-time requirements, participants must remain on camera for the duration of the training.

Technical Connectivity: Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a functional camera and microphone compatible with Zoom.
4. Digital Materials
Any applicable workbooks, Representative Practice Scenarios, or supplemental readings will be provided in digital format (PDF) via email or our secure participant portal.
5. Assistance
