To maintain the high standards required for your professional credentials, full participation is key. Our curriculum is designed to meet the 40-hour requirements established by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association (TMCA), as well as SHRM and HRCI professional development benchmarks.

• Completion Requirement: In accordance with state and professional standards, a certificate of completion is awarded only to those who attend the full 40 hours of instruction.
