Accreditation
Conflict Management Institute is recognized by SHRM to offer 20 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®recertification activities.
This program has been pre-approved for 20 HR General credit hours toward
aPHR®, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).

Will there be an exam?
No exam. Certification is awarded on full attendance and active participation in the live mediation role-plays. By the final afternoon, you will have successfully mediated multiple workplace scenarios with feedback — if you can do that, you’re certified.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes, you will receive a certificate and a digital badge.
Is this certification available On-Demand
